CCA leads the way in Heritage Benchmarking

CCA are proud to have initiated a ‘historic’ benchmarking programme between National Trust for Scotland and Historic Scotland. CCA undertakes an annual programme of Mystery Visits for both organisations utilising a standardised checklist to facilitate comparative assessment across all monuments and sites. The programme is now entering its second year and other heritage organisations are being encouraged to participate in the programme over the coming year.
