Quality Assessment
When you apply to CCA you will be asked to complete a pre-registration audit to allow us to assess your suitability. You will be provided with feedback based on your audit and advised if your application has been successful or not. Our auditors will be chosen to reflect the customer profile of each client. As an auditor you should feel comfortable in the service environment you are assessing.

What is a Mystery Auditor?
Our clients employ mystery auditors to give an indication of the level of service being delivered to a "typical" customer. For this reason, a mystery auditor should not act as a fault finder or inspector. The role of a mystery auditor can best be described as an observer. They are a focused customers, sent on our behalf, to record their service experience.

What qualities / skills do I require to be a mystery auditor?
You should be observant, display good attention to detail and show a high level of professionalism. You should be able to conduct your audit in an unobtrusive manner, so that you are not identified by clients. In addition we require a good level of written and spoken English.

Do I receive payment?
Fees / expenses paid vary depending on the type of visit you are conducting. Specific details will be given to you when you are offered a audit to undertake.
